About Finkë & shannon finch

I was born & raised in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains. Growing up, I had ample opportunity to recreate, explore, and just live fully. The creative side of my brain began to develop before I could walk. I am a passionate creator of things, doer of good, and mentor of many. I’m happy to meet you.

The products you see here were built in my workshop / studio in the southern Wasatch. They are mostly items that I needed in my day to day, they inspired happiness & provided warmth in life. The name Finkë is a derivation from my own name, and shares the meaning or interpretation of a happy singing song bird. I liked that. I carried the German theme throughout my product line.

I don’t claim to know it all, I certainly haven’t figured it all out. My craftsmanship is sound, but some of the stitch lines may be crooked. I guess I like it that way. Each product is truly unique… like a snowflake, and snowflakes are magic.
